The is the FIRST STEP in the process is to meet with a recruiter so your eligibility can be determined.

Your patience is appreciated throughout this process. During these crazy times, we are working remotely to ensure the safety of our team and our families.

1 – READ the information on this website and do your research.
2 – CONTACT a recruiter to determine eligibility and possibly schedule an appointment
3 – Follow the guidance of your recruiter to sign forms and upload documents.
4 – Take an online ASVAB predictor test (scheduled through your recruiter)
5 – Complete the full ASVAB test & medical screening at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station, downtown Houston)
6 – Delayed Entry Program (4-6 months)
7 – Head out to Basic Military Training (training lasts 8.5 weeks)

Before you contact a recruiter, make sure you have the following:
* State Issued ID or Driver’s License
* Original Birth Certificate
* Original Social Security Card
* Original High School Diploma (unless you are a HS senior)

If you have the following, you will need them as well: College transcript, US Passport

DO NOT proceed unless you have all of the required documents.
